Refund policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and to prevent misuse of returns, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The item is returned in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging.
Proof Required: Photo or Video
To initiate a return, you must provide:
- Clear photo or video evidence showing the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item) as it was received.
- This must be captured before the product is used, altered, or removed from its original packaging.
- Unboxing videos are strongly recommended to support your claim.
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Items returned without prior approval or without valid photo/video proof
- If the item is delivered but refused by the customer without a valid reason, no refund will be issued.
Refunds will only be processed if the item is not delivered to the customer due to reasons not attributable to the customer (e.g., courier cancellation, lost in transit).
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@chucklebear.com within 5 days of delivery.
- Include the photo or video evidence and a description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and confirm if the return is approved.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions via email.
- Cancellation (if applicable) will be processed within 2 business days.
- Return processing will be completed within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 7 business days after return approval.
Note: Returns sent without prior authorization or without photo/video evidence will not be accepted or refunded.
